I just made these this past weekend for my husband, and he still LOVES them. I PROMISE that these little gems will make him ask for them by name over and over again.
They are also great for entertaining (quick and easy for a bridal lunch or rehearsal dinner), and will make you everyone's favorite hostess. You have GOT to try them!
1 pound cooked crumbled sausage
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (use Hidden Valley Ranch brand)
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 package wonton wrappers (usually in your grocer's produce section)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blot sausage dry with paper towel and combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Remove from tins, place on baking sheet. Fill with sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
